About Voynza

Voynza started with a complaint we kept hearing from our own friends and relatives: they had paid an agent, handed over their passport and documents, and then heard nothing. Weeks of unanswered calls. No idea whether the application had been submitted, rejected, or never filed at all.

That is not a paperwork problem. It is a basic respect problem. So we built the business around the part everyone else skips — telling you the truth about your case, and keeping you informed while it moves.

How we work

Before you pay anything, you get the document list for your specific case and an honest read on your chances. If we think a refusal is likely, we say so — losing a fee is cheaper for you than losing a consulate fee and your travel plans. Once we start, you can ask for a status update any time and get a straight answer about which stage your file is at.

What we do ourselves

Visa consultancy for GCC, Schengen, USA, UK, Japan and Turkey; GCC family and visit visas; hotel and resort bookings; and flight ticketing. That is the full list. We do not take on work outside it and then subcontract it quietly.

What we cannot promise

An approval. No consultant anywhere can promise that — visa decisions belong to the consulate, and anyone guaranteeing one is not being straight with you. What we control is the quality of the application and the honesty of the updates.
